Using hand shadow games to teach children how light travels, designing a simulated auction game to explain resource scarcity, conducting a red cabbage experiment to demonstrate acid-base reactions, and designing an economics board game to illustrate the evolution of currency...
Wonders have already designed 10+ science education games encompassing Physics, Economics, Chemistry, Biology, impacting 200+ kids. We make complicated scientific concept more accessible to kids. The goal of our science workshop is to tell science as stories, making the workshop engaging.
In some worshops, we guided the children to review what they learned through drawing. For example, in the Physics Hand-Shadow activity, we asked them to create drawings based on their hand shadows on paper under a flashlight. They turned those shadows into shapes like rabbits, crabs, and other creative figures.
Before each workshop, our team devoted time into preparation: designed original board games, drew comics, and created PowerPoint presentations... We donated some of the best activity materials to the kindergarten.
